Jennifer Hendrick
Jennifer Hendrick is the energetic Hip Hop Groove teacher here at Davides Yorktown Total Fitness Center. She is also an instructor with the Silver Sneakers classes and a passionate student in the Krav Maga Program.
Jen resides in Somers, N.Y. and has been studying dance since she was six years old. She has a strong background in Hip Hop, Ballet, Tap, Lyrical Ballet, Modern dance and Jazz and has studied at the School of Darcy Academy of Dance in Putnam Valley. There she danced regularly and became part of a specially selected competing team. She has attended many competitions such as Headliners, Starbound, and Talent America. She has received awards in numerous national competitions, many of them for first place. She now teaches her own class at DAOD for kids ranging in ages from 3 years old to16 years old.
Constantly working at keeping up with new and exciting dance trends, she attends classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York. She is also currently attending Fordham University as a full time student majoring in Elementary Education and Special Ed.
